Below, we detail the avocado smoothie recipe, which is not only very easy to make, but also has the advantage of being able to be modified as you prefer, depending on the ingredients you want to add.

This time we have opted for two of the most recurrent additional ingredients in the recipe. On the one hand, banana, as its flavour in a smoothie is synonymous with success on almost every occasion. On the other hand, spinach, which does not add too much flavour, but does add a touch that is very compatible with the rest of the ingredients in the recipe.

If you want to make it even easier, we recommend using our avocado pulp, ready to use at any time in a 150 g tub. Of course, you can also prepare the avocado yourself, although the preparation time will increase depending on how long it takes. Choose ripe avocados to make the whole process easier.

In this recipe (as in any other avocado smoothie recipe), there is the option of adding dates if you want a slightly sweeter touch to the final flavour. Choose pitted dates and keep in mind that their presence will increase the recipe’s calories.

Finally, it is important to note that the avocado smoothie is compatible with many other ingredients besides bananas. Some of the most popular options are strawberries and apples.
