We exclusively use the Pera Caniles variety of tomatoes, which are grown solely by our farmers in the Costa Tropical de Granada. This variety is known for its intense flavor and aroma.

It has the maximum guarantee of food safety thanks to the process of cold high-pressure treatment. This type of processing allows the product to have a shelf life of 8 to 9 weeks from the moment of production, without losing the properties or nutrients of the food, while also eliminating any microorganisms that may be present in the food.
