INTRODUCTION
Caña Nature is a division of Grupo Empresarial La Caña, headquartered in Escúzar (Granada), established with the mission of transforming surplus produce from the local fruit and vegetable industry through innovation in natural, tasty, and healthy foods.
Its product range, including gazpacho, salmorejo, guacamole, grated tomato, among others, is made using top-quality raw materials grown and harvested by its own farmers and produced using High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology, a cold processing method that guarantees maximum food safety and longer shelf life without the need for additives or preservatives.
All products are gluten-free and are marketed both through online sales with home delivery and through conventional distribution channels.
The products and sales/commercialization services offered (hereinafter, the “Services” / “Products”) are made available to interested parties through the domain owned by Caña Nature:
Caña Nature informs users that access to or use of this website in any manner implies acceptance of all provisions contained in this Legal Notice.
Caña Nature reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Consequently, it shall be the responsibility of every User to read the Legal Notice in force on each occasion they access this website. Through this website, Caña Nature provides Users access to various content, as well as marketing and sales services for fresh and natural food products, including gazpacho, salmorejo, guacamole, grated tomato, among others, made from premium fruit and vegetables cultivated on the Tropical Coast of Granada and processed using HPP technology, without additives or preservatives, and distributed through both the online store and the Company’s usual distribution channels.
Access to the website is free of charge. However, use of certain services may require prior authentication through a username and password, acceptance of general terms and conditions, and payment where applicable.

The source code, graphic designs, logos, images of our food services/products, infographics, photographs, videos, animations, software, texts, as well as information and content contained on this website are protected under Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in favor of Caña Nature.

The fields in any present or future Contact/Registration forms, data collection forms intended to process information requests, purchases of our fresh and natural food products, curriculum vitae submissions, or similar actions, marked with (*) as mandatory, are strictly necessary in order to provide the requested business guidance service, respond to inquiries regarding our sales and marketing services for fresh and natural food products—including gazpacho, salmorejo, guacamole, grated tomato, among others—while the completion of the remaining fields is voluntary.
Failure to complete mandatory personal data fields, or partial completion thereof, may result in Caña Nature being unable to:
- Process your information request;
- Consider your application for recruitment processes open within the company; or
- Manage and coordinate training activities for Caña Nature personnel.
Depending on their purpose, the data obtained shall be incorporated into the Internal Record of Processing Activities pursuant to Article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

Online Dispute Resolution
Previously, pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provided an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution between consumers and businesses.
However, that platform was repealed under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and ceased operations on July 20, 2025.
As of that date, consumers may no longer submit claims through that platform or access data previously stored therein.
