It is a 100% natural product, with no added water, and without any additives or preservatives (No E numbers). Additionally, it has the following certifications:

As it is made from natural ingredients without colorants or preservatives, the color of the product may vary depending on the time of year.

Furthermore, it comes with the highest guarantee of food safety thanks to the high-pressure processing (HPP) treatment. This type of processing allows for the product’s shelf life to be extended up to 9 weeks from the time of production, without losing the properties or nutrients of the ingredients, while also ensuring the elimination of any microorganisms that may be present in the food.
