Caña Nature at H&T Innovation Show in Hospitality

Caña Nature was one of the participants in the H&T Hospitality Innovation Show, which was held on 7, 8 and 9 February at the Trade Fairs and Congress Centre in Malaga.

This was the twenty-fourth edition of this show, which is becoming increasingly international in character and which fuses the fields of innovation and sustainability with the hotel and catering industry.

An edition that gives good expectations for the sector

 

The H&T Hospitality Innovation Show received more than 10,500 professionals from the hospitality, hotel and tourism industries.

Together with Caña Nature, more than 250 companies and organisations participated with stands where they exhibited their products, took part in forums and in other activities organised at the best-received show in its history.

In fact, the message from the organisers was clear: 2022 is seen as the start of the recovery and 2023 as the year of consolidation.

To achieve this, two basic elements must come together in the search for better products for consumers, innovation in any aspect of the work and sustainability in the production processes.

Caña Nature presented its products to more than 10,500 professionals

The Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga proved to be the perfect setting for these more than 10,500 professionals to discover the gastronomic richness that the different participating companies exhibited on their respective stands.

Among them was the Caña Nature stand, where you could see at first hand the different formats of all our products such as gazpacho, salmorejo, guacamole, avocado pulp, grated tomato and Mexican sauce.

Brochures, informative flyers and the presentation of the brand’s professionals allowed us to explain in detail that the entire catalogue of the brand comes from natural, fresh products, without preservatives or colourings, thus maintaining the natural nutrients of all its ingredients.

Nothing better to discover the potential of these products, as a tasting was offered to the attendees.

In collaboration with other companies, it was possible to demonstrate the infinite possibilities that Caña Nature products offer in the catering industry, such as the option presented at the stand of toast with avocado pulp, ham from Jamones Quesada Carpio and salmorejo. A healthy and irresistible breakfast.

Caña Nature also presented on the stand the Superior Taste Badge obtained in 2021 by the International Taste Institute in Brussels, awarded to Caña Nature’s traditional guacamole, which recognises food and drinks of excellent taste and quality, in addition to other factors.

Another product that has recently received recognition is Caña Nature’s gazpacho, which has been awarded Flavour of the Year 2022 (a distinction that can only be awarded to one product per company).

This gazpacho received a rating of 8.6 out of a maximum of 10 from 80 consumers, who valued the organoleptic qualities of the product.

In line with the message conveyed by the H&T Salon for Innovation in the Hospitality Industry, this gazpacho was also awarded the Flavour of the Year 2022 TOP Innovation seal, for being bottled in 50% recycled PET, thus combining innovation and sustainability in the same product.
