Guacamole de Caña Nature, one of the most valued for its taste according to an Ainia study

The Food Technology Institute, AINIA, has recently carried out a consumer study on how consumers rate Caña Nature’s traditional guacamole.

In the final results, this study has confirmed that consumers mainly value the presentation of our guacamole and, above all, its natural flavour, even more than other guacamole on the market.

The most valued features of Caña Nature guacamole

The natural flavour of Caña Nature’s traditional guacamole was the most highly valued by consumers who took part in the AINIA study.

In addition to this factor, other noteworthy elements of the guacamole that have been reflected in the results report are the following:

  • The presentation aspect.
  • The colour of the guacamole.
  • The smell of the guacamole.
  • The overall flavour it achieves.

The average score for Caña Nature guacamole was 7.10 out of 10. In the studies carried out by AINIA on consumer products, a score above 6.7 represents a rating of “Very well valued”, the highest that can be obtained.
