The 34th edition of Salón Gourmets was held at IFEMA (Madrid) from 18 to 21 October, where Caña Nature was one of the exhibitors, to present and taste its fresh products to all attendees.

Caña Nature managers were there during the 4 days of the Salón Gourmets, attending to all the attendees who came to discover the products on display.
The entire catalogue of the brand was available for those interested in these foods made with fresh and natural ingredients from the Tropical Coast of Granada:

Our display was also awarded the International Taste Institute’s Superior Taste Badge in 2021. This seal certifies the quality of flavour and presentation (as well as other factors) of the traditional guacamole we offer from the brand.
In addition, at Caña Nature this year we have also renewed the IFS and BRC Certificates, which recognise the highest possible food safety and the intact quality of the fresh product.
Tasting of Caña Nature’s 100% natural products
Our professionals explained to those who approached the Caña Nature space at Salón Gourmets, the flavour and freshness offered by each of the products on display. However, there is nothing better to discover them than to try them in person.
For this reason, a tasting of Caña Nature products was also organised during the event for all those interested in trying them.
This tasting was also complemented with ham and oils of different types, which added an extra touch to some of the brand’s fresh products.
In addition, this combination of flavours demonstrated the versatility of Caña Nature products when served with other foods that also stand out for their quality.
Salón Gourmets, one of Europe’s largest food and beverage fairs
Being part of an event like Salón Gourmets is very important for any company in the sector.
This is the largest quality food and beverage fair in Europe and one of the most prestigious in the world. A meeting point for national and international professionals from all branches of the gastronomic sector.
Salón Gourmets occupied more than 47,000 square metres of the IFEMA facilities for all the professional gastronomic companies to showcase their products.
Caña Nature was one of the more than 1,500 exhibitors who did not want to miss this event. Up to 37,000 food proposals were presented to attendees, in a 4-day programme that included product tastings such as Caña Nature’s, as well as competitions, championships and show cookings, among many other activities.
