Galician gazpacho

The fresh gazpacho we make at Caña Nature is based on the traditional recipe, with natural ingredients and without additives, preservatives or water.

This recipe is purely Andalusian in origin. However, as happens with the best recipes, other regions of the country have adapted it, taking advantage of what their own land has to offer.

This is the recipe for Galician gazpacho, an original variant of the traditional gazpacho, which maintains the classic spirit, but adds a special touch to the whole.

We recommend you try it, even just once. We are sure you will be surprised by the fusion of flavours it achieves, with the Padrón peppers adding that special touch.

Of course, it maintains those natural ingredients that characterise the traditional gazpacho recipe. For this reason, this cold soup will also meet the expectations of those who are fans of the more classic gazpacho.
