Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips and add it to a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt until golden brown.
Step 2
Scrape the carrots and cut into strips. Also slice the radishes.
Step 3
Soak the fajitas lightly with your hands and toast them on a very hot griddle, 1 minute on each side. Once toasted, spread them with the guacamole and add the rest of the ingredients on top.
Step 4
Close the fajitas by joining the two ends and they are ready to serve!
