From 25 to 28 April, the 35th edition of the International Fair of Quality Food and Beverages, known above all as 2022 Gourmets Salon, took place in Ifema Madrid. Caña Nature was also present at what is considered the number 1 professional fair in Europe in this sector.
Caña Nature participated as an exhibitor at the Salón Gourmets 2022
The official figures for Salón Gourmets 2022 are a resounding success. It has therefore already been confirmed that the next edition will take place from 17 to 20 April 2023.
In an area of more than 45,000 square metres, up to 80,421 professionals came as visitors to discover the products of all the exhibitors, as well as to enjoy the many activities included in the programme.
A total of 1,611 exhibitors could be visited, proudly presenting each of the products and services available to consumers with all the information they needed.
Caña Nature was one of these exhibitors. Its representatives were on stand 4F12 on 25, 26, 27 and 28 April, presenting all the products in its catalogue to professionals from the sector.
There was space and time for a complete presentation of each of its recipes:
- Traditional guacamole
- Guacamole with high vitamin A content
- Fresh gluten-free Salmorejo
- Fresh Gazpacho
- Grated tomato
- Organic gluten-free Salmorejo
- Fresh organic gazpacho
- Mexican tomato sauce
- 99% fresh avocado pulp
As it was a completely professional event, we also took the opportunity to present the different packaging formats available for each product, from convenient 200g tubs to 500g Food Service versions or in some cases 33cl and 1l bottles.
Whatever the format, all Caña Nature products are made with 100% natural ingredients, without additives, preservatives or gluten.
The 2022 Gourmets Salon was the ideal place to make them known to all those who came to the stand.
Caña Nature and the recognition of its products
At the stand that Caña Nature presented at the Gourmets 2022 show, it was also possible to discover all the official recognitions of its products.
In particular, it was identified with the TOP Innovation Flavour of the Year 2022 seal, associated with its gazpacho for being bottled in 50% recycled PET.
Also included on the stand was the Superior Taste Badge, awarded in 2021 by the International Taste Institute in Brussels to its traditional guacamole for excellent taste and quality, in addition to other factors.
Also visible were the V-Label quality seal as vegan products and the A rating from Nutriscore, which all the products in its catalogue enjoy.
2022 Gourmets Salon is also the most recent event in which the brand has actively participated. Over the last few months, Caña Nature has also been present at the H&T Salon for Innovation in the Hospitality Industry (from 7 to 9 February) and at the “Alimentaria & Hostelco” 2022 Fair (from 4 to 7 April).
