Mexican guacamole

At Caña Nature we offer you different guacamole options. On the one hand, you have the original guacamole, with avocado, tomato, lemon juice, salt, coriander, garlic and onion, grown in our fields on the Costa Tropical of Granada.

Alternatively, we also offer our vitamin A-rich guacamole, with interesting additions such as capsicum and jalapeño peppers, which give it that characteristic mild spicy kick.

Either option is ideal for sharing on toast, as a snack or to accompany a wide variety of dishes.

But if you want to make this popular recipe yourself, here’s how to make your own Mexican guacamole.

If you want to maintain the unique style that Mexicans incorporate into all their recipes, use jalapeño, chilli or serrano chilli peppers. This will give you the spicy touch that is so characteristic of the traditional recipe.

Of course, you can do without it and you will get a mild, equally delicious flavour, thanks to the combination of fresh products that you will use in this Mexican guacamole recipe.
